Today is my first day of school. I went to my 8:00 music theory II class. It was the same as music theory I but I think that I am even more confused. Then I just sat around from 9:15 to 11:00 when my History 101 class began. I think that if I work at it a decent amount I will actually really enjoy the class. I think that for many reasons. Firstly because the teacher hates textbooks and is making us use 5 or 6 primary books instead. This is good because each primary book is 6 or 7 bucks thus making it about 30 dollers cheaper then 1 huge textbook. Secondly, because the lectures seem like they will be more interesting seeing that the teacher has a very dry and hatred filled sense or humor. And thirdly, because we have a discussion lab that we will be able to discuss the reading and whatnot. That will make things much more clear to me.

I still have to buy my english and history books but I think I will do that tomorrow.

I got really bad news via email from Dino at BSX bass where he is making my upright. I asked him what kind of progress he was making on my bass and he replied with this:
Hi Mark,

The Body is all glued and ready to be sanded & painted , The neck is in line
with 30 other basses, we are waiting for Ebony to come in for the
Fingreboards. Sorry for the mistake in your name , That will be set straight
on your order.

This is bad. That means it will be a while before I actually get my bass. That sucks.

Well I have an appointment with Mark (my bass prof.) so I had better be getting along now. Sorry for the lack of updates.
