I have decided that I want to stand up for something so strongly that some people will be so mad at me that they would kill me. I know that sounds horrible and I don't really want to be murdered. But if I stand up for something that is right, and I stand up for it so strongly, some people are going to hate me. Look at Bob Marley, he stood up for, among other things, peace. He stood up for it so strongly that he was shot. He didn't die, but the point is that he believed in something with such a passion that someone tried to actually kill him. The same thing goes for Mahatma Ghandi. So it makes me think, what is stopping me from becoming great as opposed to just being a good Christian that doesn't really impact very many people. I want to be like the 11 apostles that were myrtered. Or like... who was it, was it Paul that they tried to kill but couldn't? They put him in a vat of boiling oil and he wasn't even burnt. What is stopping me from doing great things? Why is it that only a very few people really stand up for what they believe in? Everyone can agree that Martin Luther King Jr. was an amazing man. What is stopping me from triggering a revolution like he did? Why are there only few great people. Like Charles Spurgen, the great pastor that was so inspired by God that he was the pastor of his own church when he was only 17 years old. What is stopping me from doing great things with my music like Marley? What is holding me back?
