So we have this storage building in our back yard. It's actually an old stable that we put a garage door on and now use it for storage. In any case, I like to go out on the roof of that building at night and look up at the stars. It gives me time to slow down and think, pray, lose myself, basically just get alone. I was out there just now and a helicopter flew over. Nothing too crazy about that except that they were searching for someone so this super bright light was blazing down on me for a second and then moved on. It was actually kinda scary. The thing that surprised me most was the heat. It was so hot! While the light was on me it was at least 10 degrees hotter. Just thought that was note worthy…
