Everyone knows I don't eat much. That's pretty much a given. But it used to be that when I didn't eat enough I would get headaches and get really cranky. Recently though I have not been eating very much. Not because I don't have food or whatever. I just fasted for a few days and ever since then I haven't been hungry. I usually only eat one meal a day now. I feel fine too. I have plenty of energy. I feel healthier than ever in fact. I just don't eat much. It's the strangest feeling. I also noticed that when I eat a really big meal I feel like crap. And by really big I mean something equivalent to one and a half burgers... if that. But if I eat bigger meals more often I get dependent on it again and begin to get cranky if I don't get enough to eat. So apparently my body likes it better when I don't eat hardly anything. Strange huh?
Don't worry about me though, mom. Like I said, I feel better then ever! ^_^
