Every Monday we have a "day off" which never is actually relaxing, but incredibly fun. This Monday we went to Yomitan Village for the day. Yomitan is actually known as the "Christian Village" of Okinawa because so many Christians live there, that's not why we went there. We went to go swimming of this wharf where loads of fishermen go. It's a bad place to swim, but a good place to jump off 25-35 foot walls! It was so fun. We had to swim out a ways to this place. There was a little ladder to climb up. Oh, it was amazing. One section was about 20-25 feet high and another section was about 8 feet higher. Only me and 4 other people jumped off the higher part. Jumping from that extra 8 feet made a huge difference! It was the most fun ever! For the split second that your common sense breaks down you have to jump, then all you can do is jump and scream!
