This semester is even worse than last! I'm teaching just as many hours, but with more responsibilities.

I have totally different classes, so just when I figured out all my kids I have a whole new lot. I'm glad to be rid of some, I miss others. Overall I don't mind having different classes, but it's the other things I have to do that I'm not too thrilled about.

On top of all my classes I'm stuck with the English school newspaper club. It's a lot of extra work. I have to think of articles for them to write, organize the whole layout, put it all together, get it printed, all that stuff. What a pain! I know the kids enjoy working on it, and I know it will be fun in the end, but man is it going to be exhausting.

I also found out that I'm an assistant homeroom teacher for a 7th grade class. That won't be much work as long as the homeroom teacher doesn't get too busy. At least the 7th graders are good kids, for the most part.

I will also be responsible for putting many of the English tests together for middle school and high school. This means getting all the foreign teacher to write questions for their classes, compiling them into one test, and checking them to make sure they are all reasonable questions for the student's level. It doesn't sound like much, but I will be staying late (Not to mention the occasional Saturday!) when midterms and finals roll around.

Any who knows what school festival things I'll get stuck with. It could be nothing, or several things. I don't know yet, but I know some of the students want me to help them with different projects.

Here's to another busy semester!

Sounds like we're in competition with one another. I hope you win, hahaha...
