Short weekends

You know, I do love my job. I love my students, my coworkers, everything about it. But it does feel like I go to bed on Friday night and wake up on Monday morning.

Saturday is usually free, but only because I turn so many people down. Students want help with things, people want to study guitar, lunches and dinners, so many things to do. All I want is a day to do nothing. I believe in the Sabbath. Well, the spirit of the Sabbath. I think it's wonderful to have a day to relax.

But would it be too much to ask for two days like that? Because my Sunday is very busy as well...

    You are just way too busy all the time. Take a time off and chill with your guitar and what not...if it's ever possible with your schedule, or you would just have to escape!

    I feel your pain, man. But I often work on Saturdays, too. Come to think of it, I have stopped loving my job, so maybe I can't relate. I just want OUT!
