A few days ago I had some friends over for dinner. I made shepherd's pie; MingMing and LingLing (pictured left and middle) brought some fish soup and cooked some vegetables. ZouNan also made a simple cucumber dish.

After dinner MingMing and I played a little guitar.

By the way, MingMing and LingLing have the cutest names for a couple, don't you agree?

    A couple? Oh my, that is kinda too adorable. I am sure they get a little "aw" every time they introduce themselves.
    The food looks good and I like ZouNan's glasses! :)

    Lovely names, lovely faces, and lovely FOOD!! In my crazy life and travels between London and Berkeley (sometimes also Albuquerque)I often think of you. Today in fasting you came so vividly to mind that I had to contact your mother to find out how to finally get back in touch with you! Wow! or "Heja!" as we say in Swedish, which also is a word of cheer and encouragement.

    Wait... those are their REAL names and they're a couple? That's like the Chinese equivalent of a French-Canadian couple named Claude and Claudette, or Paul and Paulette! CUTE!
