"Let brotherly love continue"

I have been studying love a lot recently. Interesting to me that only a few times does God tell us to direct our love to other people, our love should be reserved for Him. But we are supposed to direct Christ's love to the world. Not our love, but God's love. Then Hebrews 13:! caught my attention. In Greek it says φιλαδελφια μενετω (philadelphia meneto). Everyone knows philadelphia essentially means brotherly love, but μενετω means continue (go figure right). But μενετω is written in the imperative mode and active voice. So the author of Hebrews is not just saying to continue, but to actively go out of your way to give brotherly love to everyone. I thought that was really cool. I don't love enough...
