Mostly everyone knows that I am staying at least an extra five weeks after the semester ends. The question is how should I get around? I could walk. I figure it was be a good adventure although a slow one at that. I could also hitchhike. It would force me to meet people and I would no doubt find myself in some interesting situations. But than there's the compromise of riding a bicycle. Not as slow as walking but not as fast a car so I wouldn't fly by cool stuff.

I'm leaning towards a bicycle. I think that would be the best. But that brings up a whole new set of problems. Such as affordability, availability, and maintenance. And if I got a bike I would like to get it in the next week so that I could start getting in shape now. I have yet to find somewhere where I could snag a bike suitable for touring under 400 pounds. I can't afford that. Maybe I'll get lucky...
