Time is so strange. It feels like I have been out here in York for so long. I have really only been here for five weeks I think. The weeks seem to fly by. It seems like once you finish classes on Tuesday you are waking up on Saturday morning. So strange.

Something else that is really strange is the weather. It was so warm the first 3 weeks. Sunny every couple of days and everything! But the last two weeks have been cold and ugly. Right now it's snowing again! I mean, come on! Although it's funny how your body gets used to things. I still go barefoot most of the week. All the classes are so close together and everything that my feet barely get cold walking in the snow from class to class. Love it.

On Friday Helen and I went to this little place that had the best banana smoothies ever. At first it seemed like an itty bitty cafe, but it turned out to have three floors. That made my happy. We went up to the third and it was all chill and quiet, nice little couch and everything. So good. We were almost late for class because we didn't have a watch and there was no clock up there. The only reason we were on time was because some other people came up at 1:45. Lucky us.

So church is at 10:30. You would think I could get there on time. I have actually never had any trouble. But this morning I woke up at 9:50 and something possessed me to go get online. I went down and when I plugged in Bennie was on! It made me so happy. I hadn't got to talk to her since I left Albuquerque. We talked about school, relationships, life, God, etc. She's loving Germany, I'm very happy for her. When she was telling me about the campus it really made me want to go there next semester. But I'm still leaning towards Mallorca, Spain. We'll see what God does. I just know that I could never go back to Murrieta... Back to church. I talked to her until 10:55 so I was really late to church. It was worth it.

One more thing. On Friday night if you would have walked into the garage (where everyone hangs out) you would have seen a ring of students standing around two people fighting with wooden samurai swords listening to loud techno music. Enough said.
